
Blue Origin has announced its next New Shepard crewed flight, NS-36, will lift off from Launch Site One in West Texas on Wednesday, October 8.
The launch window opens at 8:00 AM CDT / 13:00 UTC. The webcast on BlueOrigin.com will start 30 minutes prior to liftoff.

Additionally, Blue Origin released the NS-36 mission patch, seen above. A few of the symbols embedded include:
- The Moon and Earth symbolize the future of space travel and commerce for Clint Kelly III.
- The mountains of Kazakhstan hold significant meaning for Danna Karagussova, reminding her that she is part of something greater than herself.
- The starry sky over a field symbolizes the sky over Ukraine, where Vitalii Ostrovsky is from.
- The anchor symbolizes Aaron Newman’s passion for exploration, scientific research, and ocean conservation.
- The Mercury capsule represents Alan Shepard’s flight and Jeff Elgin’s dream of space travel fulfilled.
