ETL Systems acquires IRT Technologies to strengthen their SATCOM portfolio

ETL Systems earlier this year acquired IRT Technologies, a Canadian innovator in satellite communication products.

This strategic move is part of ETL Systems’ ongoing commitment to growth and innovation within the global satellite communications market.

IRT Technologies is renowned for designing and manufacturing advanced GaN and GaAs powered BUC/SSPB/SSPA, uplink SSPA/SSPB, and downlink LNB redundancy solutions which are critical to the real-time delivery of voice, data, and multimedia services globally. The Canadian company are also pioneers in the high and low power tropo-band solid state power amplifier market, revolutionizing BLOS comms.

With more than 14 years of experience in the satellite communications sector, the company has built a strong reputation for delivering high-performance solutions for industries including broadcasting, telecommunications, and defence.

The acquisition strengthens ETL Systems’ ability to offer cutting-edge solutions to our customers and reinforces both companies’ shared commitment to delivering the highest standards of quality and reliability.

The Canadian IRT facility will continue to operate under the ETL Systems umbrella, ensuring a seamless transition and uninterrupted service delivery for customers during this exciting period of growth.
