SpaceX launches 24 Starlink smallsats on Saturday

On Saturday, November 30 at 12:00 a.m. ET, Falcon 9 launched 24 Starlink satellites, to low-Earth orbit from Space Launch Complex 40 (SLC-40) at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station in Florida. Photos by Satnews

The Falcon 9’s first stage returned to Earth about eight minutes after liftoff as planned, touching down on the SpaceX droneship “Just Read the Instructions” in the Atlantic Ocean.

This was the sixth flight for the first stage booster supporting this mission, which previously launched CRS-31, Crew 8, Polaris Dawn and now three Starlink mission.
