Qorvo® (Nasdaq:QRVO) has reached a definitive agreement to acquire Anokiwave high performance silicon integrated circuits (ICs) for intelligent active array antennas for D&A, SATCOM and 5G applications — the transaction is epected to close during the March quarter.
The Anokiwave team will join Qorvo’s High Performance Analog (HPA) segment and will continue to develop beamformers and IF-RF solutions for defense phased array and AESA (Active Electronically Scanned Array) radar, electronic warfare, SATCOM and 5G applications.
