
SpaceX is targeting Monday, November 27 for a Falcon 9 launch of 23 Starlink satellites to low-Earth orbit from Space Launch Complex 40 (SLC-40) at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station in Florida. Liftoff is targeted for 11:20 p.m. ET, with backup opportunities available until 2:58 a.m. ET on Tuesday, November 28.
If needed, additional opportunities are also available on Tuesday, November 28 starting at 11:00 p.m. ET. If all proceeds as planned this launch will bring the total number of Starlink satellites launched to 5,514. This will be the 57th Starlink mission of 2023, the 277th Falcon 9 launch to date, and the 83rd Falcon 9 launch of 2023.

This is the 17th flight for the first stage booster supporting this mission, which previously launched GPS III Space Vehicle 04, GPS III Space Vehicle 05, Inspiration4, Ax-1, Nilesat 301, OneWeb Launch 17, ARABSAT BADR-8, and nine Starlink missions.
Following stage separation, the first stage will land on the “Just Read the Instructions” droneship, which will be stationed in the Atlantic Ocean. The drone ship, a converted ocean-going barge, that is one of three operated by SpaceX and will be stationed about 420 miles (620km) downrange, East of the Bahamas.
Weather reports are favorable as meteorologists with the 45th Weather Squadron are predicting good weather for launch with a 90-percent chance of acceptable conditions at the opening of the launch window. The window narrows to a possible 80 percent by the end of the launch window.
Liftoff is scheduled during a four-hour window with the first launch opportunity at 11:01 p.m. EST (0401 UTC). There are seven back up launch times, with the last opportunity of the night falling at 2:58 a.m. EST (0758 UTC).
