August 30, 2023

Australia’s Fleet Space Technologies, a fast-growth mineral space-tech company, welcomes Isa Notermans as its new Chief People Officer. This strategic appointment comes as the company continues to experience exponential growth following the successful completion of its Series C funding round.

Isa Notermans

Isa Notermans brings to Fleet Space Technologies a rich background spanning over 17 years in people and culture, with a focus on technology-driven environments. Isa will oversee the recruitment of a large number of highly skilled positions in Australia and around the world as the company is expanding globally through a network of global offices.

A graduate of Melbourne’s Monash University, Isa earned her BA degree in Biomedical Science and Arts, she has worked on some of the most progressive, fast growth technology companies.

She most recently served as Chief HR Officer at Airtasker, a globally operating marketplace for services, headquartered in Sydney. Prior to this, she held the pivotal position of Global Head of People & Culture at Melbourne-based startup, Linktree.

Isa Notermans began her career by her dedication to fostering equitable people practices at Google Australia and in the United States. During her tenure, she led teams dedicated to early career hiring and advancement programs, notably championing Diversity & Belonging initiatives. Her journey led her to the role of HR Director for Pandora Music, where she played a pivotal role in scaling the business during its initial global expansion.
