Beyond Gravity + SpaceFounders join forces to support start-ups

June 18, 2023

SpaceFounders and Beyond Gravity have combined their expertise to support young, innovative start-ups.

Both organizations have decided to cooperate in their start-up programs in the future. This concerns both the selection of start-ups and the exchange within the programs.

SpaceFounders and Beyond Gravity offer well-established, tailored, start-up programs for young companies from the space environment. Beyond Gravity, a global supplier to the space industry and the largest Swiss space company, and SpaceFounders, the go-to start-up program of the French space agency CNES, the University of the German Armed Forces and the Italian space agency ASI, will cooperate more closely in the future and seek an intensive exchange in their two start-up programs.

To this end, the companies have signed a cooperation agreement that strengthens the connection and active exchange within the individual modules of the two programs. Furthermore, the two organizations will also cooperate intensively in the evaluation and selection of the start-ups.

The close exchange with leading industrial companies from the space sector will also bring practical advantages to young companies – be it in development, testing or market access.

“This cooperation is a significant network expansion for both programs. As a member of the SpaceFounders jury, I can also contribute my know-how and actively participate in the search and selection of innovative companies, which can also be exciting for a collaboration with Beyond Gravity.” — Lukas Gnilka, the manager of Launchpad’s start-up program at Beyond Gravity

“SpaceFounders is dedicated to fostering and advancing the European space-tech ecosystem. Collaboration lies at the heart of our values and principles. By joining forces with Beyond Gravity, we enhance our value proposition by incorporating their complementary industry partner expertise alongside our existing network, expertise, exclusive mentoring pool, and stellar program.” — Lucie Campagnolo, SpaceFounders, CEO
