Beyond Gravity’s new Chief Procurement Officer and Logistics brings her expertise

She studied in Singapore and, after obtaining her Master of Science in Industrial & System Engineering, she earned a Global Executive MBA at the renowned INSEAD in Paris.

On November 1, 2022, Jingyuan Sun will take over as the new Chief Procurement Officer (CPO) for Space and Group Procurement as well as Logistics at Beyond Gravity, the space supplier, across 12 locations and six countries worldwide. RUAG Space has been operating on the market as Beyond Gravity since March 15, 2022, and will also legally change names as of May 1, 2022.

Jingyuan Sun will be the new Chief Procurement Officer (CPO) for Space and Group Procurement as well as Logistics at Beyond Gravity,

In her role as Chief Procurement Officer (CPO), she will report directly to the CEO and will take a direct seat in the Executive Board.

Jingyuan Sun emphasizes strategic long-term partnerships and digital, efficient supply chain processes. Further, she will also increasingly focus on the topics of business intelligence and data-based analytics. Since 2011, Jingyuan Sun has held various leadership roles in procurement for SR Technics, most recently as VP Customer Account Management & Invoicing.

André Wall, CEO Beyond Gravity, is looking forward to the new member of the management team, “It was important to me to bring Procurement and Logistics closer together. She studied in Singapore and, after obtaining her Master of Science in Industrial & System Engineering, she earned a Global Executive MBA at the renowned INSEAD in Paris.
