Raytheon Technologies (NYSE: RTX) has completed the acquisition of privately-held SEAKR Engineering LLC, a leading supplier of advanced space electronics.
Now a wholly-owned subsidiary of Raytheon Technologies, SEAKR Engineering reports into Raytheon Intelligence & Space, one of four RTX businesses.

Founded in 1981 by the Anderson family, SEAKR Engineering supplies space qualified state-of-the-art electronics for advanced processors, networked systems, reconfigurable radio frequency and electro-optical payloads, and digital channelizers and beamformers. These systems use SEAKR’s Radiation Hardened system By Design, or RHBD, techniques that have been deployed in more than 300 space missions with a 100% on-orbit success rate.
