Pinkmatter’s New User Interface For FarEarth Systems Is Launched

August 10, 2020

Pinkmatter Solutions has launched their new user interface for the FarEarth Systems suite of software for ground receiving stations.

The new user interface offers a uniform appearance display, regardless of hardware vendor or service provider. The highly intuitive and semi-automated system also makes it possible to free up RF Engineers and empower operators to visually monitor and assess the system health.

The acquisition system allows multi-resource and multi-asset scheduling and deconfliction along with redundant acquisitions and best pass selection. Multiple ground stations can be operated as if it was a single system, optimising the data recovery by avoiding duplication and filling gaps.

The new FarEarth System software suite is designed to move away form multiple, non-compatible views and present one unified view. All the relevant information is contained in a uniform view, in one easy to understand and use window.

Pinkmatter has been involved in the Earth Observation (EO) industry for more than a decade and specializes in satellite ground station software and the development of information extraction algorithms.

The FarEarth software suite, a ground station and data management software solution, encompasses antenna and satellite downlink scheduling, high volume data processing as well as large data archiving and cataloguing.

Pinkmatter has been noted as a leading organization in the development of real-time processing and information extraction algorithms, being able to deliver time critical warnings and events from EO data. Space and remote sensing agencies in Europe, North-America, Asia, Africa and Australia rely on FarEarth software for their daily operations.
